Capitalise is hiring a Customer Support  Representative to Join us.

This is a full time position from our office in central Tel Aviv.

About Capitalise is a trading platform that uses plain language to turn investment ideas into fully automated trading strategies.  Our platform integrates with trading accounts on multiple third-party exchanges and brokers, allowing users to manage all their trades in one place.  

About the role

Our Customer Support representative provides user support through chat and email.

As a CSR you will provide technical support, helping users to carry out there trading strategies,  operating our platform and serve all our users and leads.


Native English speaker - a must!

Understanding of capital markets

Trading experience-a big advantage

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to quickly find and locate policies and procedures to deliver correct information in a timely manner
