Customer Service Representative

Capitalise is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work from our offices in Tel-Aviv.  This is a full time position Monday - Friday; 4pm-Midnight.


About Capitalise is a trading platform that uses plain language to turn investment ideas into fully automated trading strategies.  Our platform integrates with trading accounts on multiple third-party exchanges and brokers, allowing users to manage all their trades in one place.  


About the role

Our Customer Service Department provides user support through chat and email. As a CSR you will provide excellent service to all our users and leads.



Native English speaker - a must!

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong commitment to working in a team

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly

Strong attention to details

Ability to quickly find and locate policies and procedures to deliver correct information in a timely manner

Understanding of capital markets - a BIG advantage!
